The Ft. Ripley Rebels stayed unbeaten with a 6-1 win at Upsala Sunday.  Rob Vieth Jr. made his 2012 Rebels debut by collecting 4 hits including a double  and scoring twice.  Nick Jelacie's 2-run single sparked a 3-run 5th inning for Ft. Ripley.  Brett Kramer and Logan Kalis combined on the win,with Kramer going the first 5 innings and Kalis finishing up.  It was also the first game for Kalis.  The two combined to strike out 11 Bluejays hitters.  Dustin Biniek had 2 hits and drove in Upsala's lone run with a 5th inning hit.

The Ft. Ripley Rebels stayed unbeaten with an 8-3 win over Royalton on Sunday.  Jason Sather had 3 hits and Ray Austin, Andy Waletzko and Brett Kramer also had multi-hit games.  Brett Kramer got the win, striking out 11 over 7 innings.  He allowed 1 run on 2 hits.  Paul Krebs had 2 hits for the Riverdogs.

The Ft. Ripley Rebels broke a 1-1 tie with 5 runs in the top of the 5th and went on to post a 15-9 win at Freeport Sunday, spoing the Victory League Home Opener for the Black Sox.  Brett Kramer and Nick Jelacie had back-to-back rbi singles and Jason Sather added a sac fly before Ray Austin capped the big inning with a 2-run single.  Jelacie finished the game with 4 hits, including a double and triple and drive in 4 runs while scoring 3. Brett Kramer started on the hill for the Rebels and went 6 innings for the win, but struggled with control. He did strike out 10 but walked 7 and hit a batter in throwing 120 pitches.  Ray Austin and Brett Kramer had 3 hits a piece as Ft. Ripley knocked 15 hits off 3 different Black Sox pitchers.  Eric Evaslage had his 2nd straight 3-hit game for Freeport, as he had a run-scoring doouble in the 9th.
